moll.oton is comprised of Berlin producers Kim Kernbichler (vocals, Ableton) and Marvin Frank (bass, guitar, Logic). The production of tracks is supplemented by the guitarist Hannes Schneeweiß, the drummer and producer Alex Pienemann, and the pianists Alexander Iskrov, Cyrill Manin, and Jan Stevenhagen. The combo aims at uniting the various influences of Berlin in one single project. Their music, a mixture of Ambient, Pop, Electro, and Minimal, is always slightly melancholic. Live performances will include a VJ, emphasizing the symbiosis of sound and image. They plan to release their first EP at the beginning of 2011.
